Pick-Up & Removal of purchases information

Please no picking up of purchases on sale day. Sellers plan to watch the sale and celebrate afterwards. This is a big day for our sellers and we want them to be able to enjoy it with family and friends.

PICK-UP & REMOVAL OF SALE PURCHASES

 

All purchased items are to be picked-up and removed from sale sites within 7-10 days of the sale. Arrangements for more time for trucking of large items can be made by contacting the sellers directly and discussing options.

All grain bins are to be removed from sale sites by no later than December 1st, of sale year or be forfeited back to seller without refund. We ask that buyers contact sellers following the sale to notify them that you are a bin purchaser and to verify that the bins you bought are empty and ready to go, and your intended time frame for removal.

Invoices are due upon receipt at the end of the sale. Payment options are listed on your invoice. All items purchased become the responsibility of buyers at the time of sale. We strongly advise adding purchases to your insurance policies immediately.
