Terms And Conditions By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site. 1. This is a soft close auction; active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. 2. All Internet Bidders agree to pay up to a 15% buyer's premium on each item won from bidding. 3. Credit card payments come with a 5% credit card fee. 4. By submitting a bid, the Bidder affirms their acknowledgment of having read and commits to adhere to all the following terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to fully comprehend these terms and conditions before participating in the bidding process. 5. Items are sold "As Is, Where Is" Condition: All items are being offered and sold in an "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition, without any warranties or guarantees, with no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Bidders acknowledge that they are acquiring auction items/property with full awareness of their existing faults, whether evident immediately or not. Bidders are strongly advised to conduct a thorough examination of items before placing a bid. Although items are described to the best of our ability, they do not carry any form of guarantee. 6. Bidders who bid from off-site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility and due diligence to determine condition, description, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of the lot prior to placing any bid. All sales are final, no lots are sold on approval; placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. 7. United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 8. A Bidder's bid always represents an irrevocable offer by Bidder to enter into a binding contract to purchase the lot in accordance with the specific provisions of the listing. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. 9. There are no provisions for the placing of bids to "mark the lot" or to "test the system", etc. and any requests to cancel bids on these bases, or due to a Bidder not reading a listing, not being familiar with the bidding platform, not doing proper due diligence or failing to maintain proper control over Bidder's bidding terminal, will be denied. Such requests to cancel bids are null and void and will not excuse Bidder from Bidder's legal and contractual obligation to complete a transaction. 10. Technical difficulties / internet outages / software failures may occur and they are out of United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions control. United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions is not liable for these occurrences. We do not enjoy outages, but realize they may occur. With help from the software company, internet providers, & technicians, we will either postpone auction, cancel auction, restart auction, or continue auction once we receive expert advise. If a bidder loses the right to bid on our online auctions due to non-payment/no show, a bidder MAY be granted the privilege to be reinstated by paying a $100 reinstatement fee plus 25% of the total invoice that wasn't paid for. The items will not become the property of winning bidder. United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions reserves the right to not grant bidder reinstatement. 12. In the event of health, safety, or public restrictions, United Country Bold North Realty and Auctions may have to suspend, postpone, or cancel an auction or pick up time until circumstances change. 13. We do not want your items going home with a wrong buyer. We are not a storage business! Payment ALL Purchases will be processed through Hi-Bid.
