Provide a letter of certification of funds for this auction.  NO DOLLAR amount is needed just auction name on bank letter head.

Zielsdorf Auction will approve your right to bid after everything has been completed.

 Zielsdorf Auctions website is open and free to the public to view without registration but to bid you must complete the above steps.

All land is with a Reserve unless otherwise specified as “absolute or no reserve”.

Reserve Met vs. Reserve Not Met

This is how the process will look if the Reserve is Met.

Each parcel of land at auction will state if the land has reached the sellers reserve price with a “Reserve Met” notification on the parcel being sold.

This will confirm that if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction that you will be the new owner.

Sign Purchase Agreement

10% Down the Day of the Sale to go into Zielsdorf Auction & Real Estate Services Trust Account.

This is how the process will look if the Reserve is NOT Met.

Each parcel of land will start bidding with reserve not met status and will continue until each parcel of land reaches the sellers reserve price. If the parcel of land does not reach the sellers reserve price it will close with “Reserve NOT Met” notification on the parcel being sold.

This will confirm that the land did not sell for your current high bid.

Zielsdorf Auction will then ONLY contact the current Highest Bidder to give first chance at purchasing for the reserve price set by the sellers before listing on the market.
