This auction features a wide assortment of medical, laboratory, diagnostic, patient-care, and clinical equipment from a variety of manufacturers. Lots include individual devices, grouped equipment, accessories, replacement components, medical supplies, monitoring equipment, pumps, thermometers, scales, imaging-related equipment, endoscopy equipment, and assorted palletized medical supplies. Some items were tested only to confirm that they power on. No further functional, calibration, accuracy, safety, or performance testing has been conducted unless specifically stated in the individual lot description. Many items are completely untested. All equipment and supplies are being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers should carefully review all photographs and lot descriptions before bidding. Photographs are considered part of the description and may show included accessories, cables, components, quantities, cosmetic condition, and other details not specifically listed in the title. This auction includes used medical equipment that may show normal signs of prior use, storage, wear, scratches, discoloration, residue, missing accessories, or other cosmetic imperfections. We do not guarantee that any item is complete, calibrated, suitable for patient use, or compliant with any particular regulatory, clinical, or safety standard. Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect, test, service, certify, calibrate, clean, disinfect, repair, or otherwise prepare any medical equipment for its intended use. Buyers are also responsible for determining whether any item may legally or appropriately be resold, exported, installed, or placed into clinical service. As an absolute auction, unless otherwise noted. All Sales Are Final. Please know that we do our best to point out flaws but use photos for further condition.  2 Please check the pick up date and time prior to bidding to ensure it fits with your schedule. 3 Moving and loading assistance is not available unless otherwise noted, please bring any assistance and packing materials you think you may need. (Packing materials and/or equipment and/or tools are NOT provided). 4 Shipping is only available at the Worthington warehouse location.    *SHIPPING PROCEDURE- once the indicial invoice is paid and shipping is requested. All items will be packaged and shipped inhouse, a $2.00 handling charge per shipment will be added to the expense and will automatically be billed to a credit card on file.  5 Payment may be submitted by credit card online. 6 Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated auction pick-up time. 7 Unpaid invoices will be charged to bidders credit cards on file at the end of the scheduled primary pick up time. 8 All Worthington warehouse auctions have a sales tax of 0.075%. 9 All auctions have a 15% buyers premium. 10 All items not picked up during the scheduled pick up or the alternate pick up are forfeited and remain the property of the seller and may be relisted to the sellers discretion.
