At Rapid Sell, every successful auction starts behind the scenes — and the Asset Coordinator plays a key role in making it happen. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys organization, equipment, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience.

If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, and want to be part of a growing auction team, this role offers meaningful work with real impact.

What You’ll Do

Prepare Assets for Auction Success

  • Organize, tag, and track equipment and assets entering the auction process
  • Photograph items to highlight key features and condition
  • Write clear, accurate, and professional item descriptions
  • Verify serial numbers, model information, and condition details

Support Customers & Auction Operations

  • Assist buyers in locating and retrieving purchased items
  • Help coordinate safe and efficient loading during pick-up
  • Serve as cashier during off-site pick-up events when needed
  • Help ensure a smooth, positive experience for both buyers and sellers

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset
  • Experience in auction, equipment, inventory, warehouse, or customer service environments is an asset but not a requirement

Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role.

  • Regular work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and crouching
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Occasional work around industrial equipment, moving mechanical parts, and loud environments
  • Flexible hours (full-time and part-time positions available)

Why Join Rapid Sell Online Auctions?

  • Be part of a growing auction company
  • Work with a wide variety of equipment and assets
  • Develop skills in operations, equipment knowledge, and customer service
  • Team-oriented culture that values reliability, precision, and hard work

Your work directly impacts auction performance and customer satisfaction. When auctions run smoothly and customers leave satisfied, it’s because of the preparation and care you bring to the process.
