This is a large advertising & antique auction.  There are 3 sessions over the course of 2 days.  You can bid live in person in Tomah Wisconsin or you can bid online. Session 1- Friday Feb 12th at 9AM. Lots 1 to 400.  Selling advertising signs, clocks & thermometers. Plus other interesting and unique items. Session 2- Friday Feb 12th at 3PM TO 4PM. Lots 401 to 650.   Selling oil cans and other interesting items. Session 3- Saturday Feb 13th at 9AM. Lots 651 to ....    Selling advertising signs, clocks & thermometers. Plus other interesting items. NO BUYERS PREMIUM IF YOU ATTEND IN PERSON!   15% ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM. THERE IS A SHIPPING ESTIMATE IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH ITEM. WE CAN USUALLY ARRANGE DELIVERY OF ITEMS THAT WE ARE NOT OFFERING SHIPPING ON.  FOOD & BEVERAGES PROVIDED. AUCTION HELD IN THE RECREATION BUILDING AT THE MONROE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. SEATING PROVIDED. (HEATED BUILDING). TERMS AT THE ONSITE AUCTION ARE CASH OR CHECK. CREDIT CARD 4% FEE.

Terms and Conditions 1- Items must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when item(s) are in your possession if arrangements have been made to picked-up on a different day.  2- Items will be sold "As is, Where Is” with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from auction block or printed catalog. Buyers will rely entirely on their own inspection & information.  3- Every effort is made, to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following his/her winning bid. This includes theft, damage or loss of item or items.  4- The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If he/she is unsure, he/she should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at an auction you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneers will not honor "mistakes".  5- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.  6-NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Returned Checks will be charged a fee of $100.00. 7-There is a 15% buyers premium on all online purchases. 8- There is a 4% administration fee for all credit & debit card payments.
